Alec Baldwin looks exactly like Millard Fillmore, so that's set. As for the rest of the 1848 lot ... Harrison Ford as Taylor, John Goodman as Cass, Van Buren ... could be played by anyone. Danny DeVito? John Reilly?

Ever since I noticed Fillmore looks like Alec Baldwin and Taylor looks like Harrison Ford, I've wanted a Death of Stalin-type movie about those administrations. But sadly we missed the chance to cast Matthew Perry as Matthew Perry.

A wrestling-themed movie about the 2008 election with Ric Flair as McCain and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as Obama.  Complete with trash-talking dialogue.

I'm having trouble casting everyone in it, but for the 2016 election I would definitely cast Laura Linney as Clinton and Larry Miller as Tim Kaine.
