South Carolina and Florida also have fast growth and aren't moving left.
I noticed a lot of Tennessee's growth are retires and upper middle class families. Unlike Georgia where its young people moving to Atlanta
East Tennessee is really dense. Lots of small towns in the mountains. Poor.

Looking at the Pew Religious Landscape study, Tennessee has the highest percentage of (non-Black) Evangelical Protestants of any state (52%).

I think Mississippi would flip before Tennessee does, sans strong population growth in the uban areas of the state. I believe that Memphis is near its Dem ceiling as well as nearby Haywood County, the later of which could flip in 2024. It would now be up to Nashville & its suburbs, as well as Chattanooga to shift the state leftward.
