Basically it banned aptitude tests from hiring or atleast scares companies enough . Yet since then we have seen a massive demand for college degrees in place of aptitude tests despite the degrees often being not relavent and just a checkmark of caliber.  Why not make it much cheaper for everyone involved then and repeal or return the case to SCOTUs to overturn ? At the very least why isn't a college degree included here?

I think the original case was still likely a case of racial discrimination but there should have been different reasoning and a more narrow decision.
