This proposal seeks to re-establish fair and strong wage standards for Atlasian workers, as well as assure that the leaders of for-profit companies across Atlasia have appropriate representation by their employees.

First, as written in Section I, the Keep the Market Free Act will be repealed. This bill itself repealed Wage Fairness Act, a law that sought to undo the scourge of income inequality by granting workers a percentage of excess company profits and limiting extreme variations in salary. The Keep the Market Free Act furthermore undermined the Worker Representation Act by dramatically decreasing worker representation on elected corporate boards.

Section II modifies and strengthens the Worker Representation Act to ensure that no less than 3/5ths of for-profit company directors are directly elected by the employees themselves. This will guarantee that a majority of decisionmakers in any given corporation, LLC, or for-profit company will represent the interests of said company's workers. In my view, this is an excellent path to economic justice and equality.

The dramatic decrease in representation of… 7%.

There was nothing offered in support of either of the original Labor bills aside from vibes, as with this one. The WRA disincentivized entrepeneurship before and it goes even further now – any moderately successful company will have to forfeit control over its own direction. Encouraging that this be voted down.
