Prefiling for next session:

Quote
The more the merrier act

Section A. This bill will be cited as the More the Merrier Act
Section B. This bill will allow regions to lower the number of posts required to vote in regional elections via. a referendum date determined by the President if there is an interest.
Section C. Implementation:
This bill will be effective immediately immediately upon a majority vote.

This is a modified version of the failed  Pre-Registration and Maintaining Democracy Act which focuses exclusively on making it into a regional issue.

Thank you PPT Dwarven,
Democracy is a vital measure in the health and stability of a nation. This bill will allow regions to exercise further self-sustainability in that area if they wish to do so.

The required number of posts is presently 15, if I recall.
Does the sponsor believe this threshold is too high?

Why do we need a federal bill on this? The regions can change and have changed regional eligibility rules on their own many times in the past.
