The Juggalo probably clears 60% in Michigan.

This actually sounds like a competition between two high-functioning individuals with similar, yet different, neurological illnesses. Like someone who is covered in tattoos, messy, vapes, and is just a total spaz (Juggalo) and someone whose entire life revolves around some video game or board game, freaks out about only certain things being clean or proper, and who is always dressing the same and eating the same meals(Brony).

Despite probably knowing more bronys than juggalos, I think the juggalo would win this one via being more relatable and taking on a very pro-America/pro-freedom stance. This beats out the pro-friendship/pro-social determinism of the Republican candidate.

The brony would win, and by some margin. Insane Clown Posse is just not a relevant factor in modern American society and politics; their Wikipedia page doesn't show them doing anything after 2017. Where people do have opinions about Juggalos, I've been led to believe it's far more negative than positive. Meanwhile, My Little Pony remains an enduring cultural icon... especially in Democratic circles. The crossover appeal would be sufficiently immense to push the Republican to victory in many otherwise-close Democratic states, I'd imagine.

Juggalos were also federally listed as a gang in 2011 and I've seen nothing to suggest they've been taken off the gang list. If you're a Democrat and you're standing for office while literally holding gang membership, the Republican will absolutely hammer on it at every opportunity.

I'm assuming that both candidates are hardcore members of their factions whose memberships are among the most important issues of the election. If we're talking about a generic Democrat who happens to like listening to hip-hop against a generic Republican who happens to like watching cartoons, I don't think their cultural preferences would come into the equation at all. Not unless it was a school board election, anyway.
