Today Mainers will vote on a number of referendum issues but chief among them is Question 3 on whether to create a public owned electrical company "Pine Tree Power" to buy out our two privately owned ones. And Question 4 on requiring Auto manufacturers to provide diagnostic information to all repair shops and not just dealer affiliated ones.

This is essentially an attempt to sabotage question 3 even if it passes as it would essentially require a second referendum before Pine Tree Power can force any buyout.
