I haven't seen this organization discussed much on atlas.

I am inclined to believe the first option.

I would be interested to see a variety of opinions.

Strongly negative. As I've discussed before, when some students at my high school tried to set up a student branch of Amnesty International I complained to the administration (the way that I couched this was by saying that it is a "racist" organization), though all I really achieved was getting them to not call themselves that. Very bad, world will be a better place when it and organizations like it don't exist.
