Which of these issues are going to convince the most voters in the 2024 presidential/congressional elections?

I picked what i think are the 5 biggest non-economic issues right now - amongst the social issues and foreign policy issues.

Don't write-in economic issues - this is specifically about non-economic issues. Which will convince more voters - to their side, or just turnout in general?

Gallup tracks issue salience in its monthly "most important issue" poll.  The percent of respondents who had the following as their number one or number two issue in their September 2023 poll were:

Abortion:  1% (-2)
LGBT rights 1% (nc)
Immigration:  13% (+4)
Education 2% (nc)

Gallup doesn't poll on Ukraine or Israel/Palestine directly but the following were issues in their September 2023 poll:

--Situation with Russia
--National Security
--International issues, problems
--Situation with China
--Lack of military defense
--Wars/War (non-specific)

The above combined were 2%.

Will be interested to see if foreign policy gets more salient in the October survey.

But to answer OP's question, it's obviously immigration.  This poll and most others confirm it.

Immigration and Abortion seem the big winners so far.
