This next bill that I've submitted has to do with the integrity of our electoral process.

Bridgeport CT Judge Orders New Primary After Evidence of Mishandled BallotsBasically, after being presented evidence of mishandling and fraud in a primary for mayor, the presiding judge declared that the result is in "serious doubt". So saying, he ordered that a new primary be held...but read the story, heh.
Anywho, I've submitted the
Prohibiting Abuse of Mail-In Ballots Act to the LGC.
This bill would be a partial safeguard against the possibility of similar events taking place. Hopefully, it will meet with swift passage by the General Court.
