How do you feel about weight loss drugs?

Ozempic, Wegovy and other weight loss medications are on the market. While they might be helpful for people who want to lose weight in the short run even overcoming all the side effects. The long terms effects of this drugs and the negative side effects of these medications are enough to convince me to heavily restrict these medications(though not outright ban)

Some of the negative side effects usually include hormonal and metabolic changes, weight rebound, appetite control, not establishing proper diet habits etc.

also prescription drugs are amongst the most heavily restricted things already
