Stand with Israel Act

1 . The Republic of Atlasia reaffirms its unbreakable friendship with the nation of Israel, and its recognition of the territorial integrity of Israel and its capital Jerusalem.

2 . The following organizations are hereby designated as terrorist organizations:
a. Hamas
b. Hezbollah

3 . All property and interests in property of the organization Hamas, its instrumentalities and controlled entities, and all of its officers and members, which are or become subject to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Atlasia or which are in or come within the possession or control of persons subject to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Atlasia, are hereby frozen.

4 . All property and interests in property of the organization Hezbollah, its instrumentalities and controlled entities, and all of its officers and members, which are or become subject to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Atlasia or which are in or come within the possession or control of persons subject to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Atlasia, are hereby frozen.

5. All direct travel for personal and business purposes to the Gaza Strip is hereby prohibited for the next 180 days.
A. This section shall not apply to humanitarian missions registered with the President.

6. For the next 180 days, Israel may purchase arms and other equipment from the Atlasian military as deemed appropriate by the Secretary of State, on interest free credit.

7. The President is authorized to employ all powers necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

This act shall take effect immediately

No, all it would do for the canon is make the Senate look like it's legislating on things that haven't happened.

When something of this magnitude happens IRL, everyone's response (including this bill) is inherently reactive. We have plenty of stories to legislate on, IDK if the complaint is that we didn't write about Israel–Palestine going down the tubes right before it actually went down the tubes.

Now if you're inquiring about the speed at which stories are put out, that is very valid! But those we do put out are already plenty proactive.
