Yeah, that seems likely. It's less than a mile from Gaza, I never heard of it until now but given its location I'd be shocked if it was completely unscathed in this sort of event.

The Tet Offensive didn’t work out for the VC at the time but the demoralisation played a role in ending the US occupation. I don’t see why this would happen here.
