I evaluate these Presidents based on actual moral accomplishments, and Lincoln stands over this lot like a towering Himalayan mountain over daisies and dandelions. Not sure why George W. Bush is here, his poor judgement led to a moral catastrophe.

Mainly his clean personal life, his humanitarian work, and especially PEPFAR.

I would be shocked if anyone seriously voted for George W. Bush in this poll.
