Between Clinton and Trump, who deserved to be impeached?

Obviously only Trump.  Even under the most critical possible view of Clinton, comparing him to Trump because both were impeached is like comparing a shoplifter and a mass murderer since both committed crimes.

Trump's impeachments were 'high crimes and misdemeanors' and in both cases he abused his position as President to betray the people. Bill Clinton's actions embarassed himself but just weren't that serious.

It was the first one that had the chance of two full terms since Truman and the first officially re-elected since FDR, I can't say I blame them, and he dug them out of the post-'68 wilderness where Carter never quite could.

Still, I do think Gore would be easily elected and carry quite a few more states better if he had already been incumbent.

What would be an impeachable offence then? Using the Presidency to encourage a foreign government to interfere in the campaign, and trying to illegally overturn the election result and even endangering the safety of Congress to do so, that doesn't cut it?!

Also, associating with Clinton meant associating with the great 1990s economy. The public only reconsidered his presidency in 2016 when Hillary Clinton ran-her unpopularity rubbed off on him.
