Is Michael Peroutka gonna run again in 2008?  Also, is Badnarik going to run again in 2008,  or no?

Normally, looking through wiki, the Libertarians usually won't nominate the same guy two elections in a row.

Yes but the Constitution Party, which is the party we are talking about, often has.

The Constitution Party, known as the U.S. Taxpayers Party prior to 2000, nominated Howard Phillips in 1992, 1996, and 2000. Michael Peroutka, whom they nominated in 2004, has left the party and will not be nominated in 2008. Perhaps he will run for the Christian Liberty Party or American Heritage Party which is on the ballot in two states.

The Libertarian Party nominated Harry Browne in both 1996 and 2000.

Here are many of the names being tossed around for third-party/independent candidate runs:

Lance Brown - http://www.freedom2008.com/
Steve Kubby - http://www.kubby.com/
Robert Milnes - http://www.robertmilnes4president2008.com/
George Phillies - http://phillies2008.org/
Christine Smith - http://www.christinesmithforpresident.com/
Doug Stanhope - http://stanhope2008.com/
Steve Adams - http://www.presidentadams.com/
Gene Amondson - http://www.geneamondson.com/prohibition-party-2004.html
Bob Hargis - http://www.hargis.info/
Daniel Imperato - http://www.imperato2008.com/
David Koch - http://www.dave08.com/
Charles Maxham - http://home.earthlink.net/~maxhamforpresident/
Kat Swift - http://www.bexargreens.org/katforprez/

Definitely not a complete list, but it gives you a sense of who is in the running at the moment.  Of the list above, I like Adams and Imperato.
