On a scale from 0-10, with 0 being far left and 10 being far right, where would you place yourself on the political spectrum?

Saw this on twitter but for attention whoring election twitter people wanting others to rate them. Changed it up a little.

I feel like people are gonna constrain the overton window a little. But as I saw someone say, "Across all possible/theoretical ways of organizing society, a 1 would involve formal family abolition and Harrison Bergeron like limits on mental and physical excellence. 0 would mean anarcho primitivism and a formal rejection of human exceptionally." You can imagine what a 10 would be based off of that. But I feel like because left and right is so subjective and so non-linear this question in itself is pretty constraining. Maoism and primitivism are fairly different ideologies but you could make arguments for both of them being around the same place on this scale.

somewhere between 2 and 3. Voted 2, but depends I guess.I might be slightly more towards 3 as I moderated a bit over the years. Either way, solidly left-wing but pragmatic and willing to support center-left types.

I'm like a 0 or 1 in terms of my goals (although not in the way described in op at all), but a 3 in terms of my tactics. So I guess I'll split the difference and pick 2?

I was just thinking that 5+i describes Cath's position given this scale very well...

0 or 1. But I misinterpreted the direction of the scale and voted 10.
