I just ran the numbers, and if the total vote in each precinct of Texas were set to the VAP of said precinct, Biden wins the state by a margin of 49.29% to 48.84%. Keep in mind that if turnout was actually 100% of the VAP, Biden probably wins by even more, since the demographics that showed up less within each precinct for whatever reasons applicable tended to be better democraphics for Biden than the demographics of each precinct as a whole.
