Alright, I thought of something. This would be a voter (probably a Republican) who is very hawkish and paranoid about Russia, China, and Venezuela. So they believed that Russia stole the election for Trump in 2016 by hacking into machines, and China and Venezuela did the same for Biden in 2020.

A very cynical, disgruntled woman who is registered Libertarian and thinks the two party system is hopelessly corrupt.  She thought Donald Trump used his billions in 2016 to buy thousands of rigged voting machines.  In 2020, she believed that the Democratic governors in PA, MI, and WI threw out the Trump voting machines and replaced them with ones sent over by the Chinese government.  She's voting for Robert Kennedy, Jr. in 2024.
