what are we supposed to do with this?

Invade Eritrea. Its not like North Korea i.e. a buffer state with a nuclear power as a sponsor.

If the parties can’t be stopped through diplomacy,* you can just dismantle their embassies.

In what world is there a casus belli here?

*Assuming our governments even want to stop the parties. Do they? There is value in knowing whether prospective citizens would do something like attending one of these.

Alternatively, we could stop Eritreans from becoming citizens or claiming asylum without particular qualifications otherwise making them desirable to admit.

This already happens. In the UK, we have an extremely stupid citizenship test (preparing for which costs a little under £2000) with questions such as, "What is the national flower of Scotland?" I'd much rather share citizenship with someone who didn't know than answer to that than someone who did but agitated on behalf of the Eritrean government.
