You may or may not know this viral video from Justin Kuritzkes about 11 years ago:

It's popular throughout the internet and at least somewhat well known.

Celing Song, the wife of Justin Kuritzkes, recently wrote and directed her first film, Past Lives (2023, by A24 films). The film has been a massive critical success and will be featured at the Oscars about half  of a year from now. The drama romance film is based on the director's own life and experiences, though names and details have been changed. Celine and her husband Justin are two of the characters featured in the film (names changed to Nora and Arthur).

Oscar predictors are expecting nominations in several categories, including Best Picture, Best Original Screenplay, Best Actress (Greta Lee as Nora), Best Supporting Actor (John Magaro as Arthur), and then potentially also some others like Best Director and Best Actor (Teo Yoo as Hae Sung).

I saw the film, and it was GREAT, by the way. Highly recommended if you like slower drama/romance stuff. It's gonna be wild to see somebody get nominated at the Oscars for playing the Potion Seller guy, but at this point it's looking like it's very likely happening.
