I really, really hate that Landry is the Republican frontrunner here. Wonder if Emerson even bothered polling John Schroeder. Anecdotally, he's the only other candidate I've seen yard signs for.

I've accepted this is pretty much an automatic R flip and probably the least competitive of the three governor races this year. I just don't think Wilson has enough of a statewide profile to be seriously competitive.

Honestly, it seems like political malpractice to not be polling a runoff between Wilson and Landry (not that said runoff would be particularly close, but still).

It's a Runoff anyways except it's in Dec not Jan the Rs have the advantage but they are 0/4 in 23 so far you never know what happens
