I'm guessing a pro-choice conservative.

I was wondering if Vosem is one, although I haven't seen him say how he voted on Question 1.

A businessowner that is worried about a constitutional amendment raising the minimum wage, but still pro-choice.

There is no abortion ban on the ballot in Ohio. What I assume you're thinking of is the ballot initiative that would expand/protect abortion rights -- the opposite of an abortion ban, and something this hypothetical person would presumably be in favor of.

A businessowner that is worried about a constitutional amendment raising the minimum wage, but still pro-choice.

This. Although if anything, I suspect a minimum wage increase may well be likelier to clear a 60% threshold than an abortion rights amendment.

Or a somewhat pro-choice but otherwise partisan R who wants to ensure the legislature stays gerrymandered indefinitely.

There's probably quite a few- independents who didn't see Yes as having anything to do with reproductive issues and just believed that there needs to be a larger consensus for a statewide law.  They might also think that it's not the government's place to dictate any reproductive choices made during a pregnancy.

There are probably some people who gravitate to “Yes” by default on referenda (which would match this description), though the opposite is undoubtedly much more common.

True, I also have in mind an establishment type who doesn't think other lesser people should have the right to vote.

Related to this, perhaps (a bit far-fetched, but still) a suburban GOP state legislator who wants to protect themselves and maintain an R majority in their seat, but someone who is privately moderate on abortion. So they vote based on their own self interest in one case, and on their closet-liberal personal view in the other.
