Describe a Vladimir Putin/Hillary Clinton voter

Someone who voted for Putin in 2012, moved to the US and got citizenship in 2014, and voted for Clinton in 2016.

That’s easy. Someone who left Russia and moved to the US is probably likelier than not to hate Putin and have liberal values. Why then would they vote for Putin’s hand-picked, authoritarian candidate?

As for voting for Putin before, that “vote” of theirs might have been changed or coerced. Or they simply voted for Putin without thinking about it like many Russians, but became aware of how evil he is later on.
