The Democratic Primary will be organized, but it is still unclear what will happen with the Republican one:

In short, the Republicans in NV are refusing to accept the fact that the state of NV changed its law from holding caucuses (past) to primaries (present).

Stubbornly as they are, they want to boycott the new primary system, sued the Secretary of State and want to organize their own caucus later in February or March.

It is unclear if ALL Republican candidates follow the demands of the NV Republican Party and boycott the February 6 primary. If just one Republican candidate files until October 16, the Republican primary will also be held.

Poor Nevada never gets the respect it deserves.

Funny how many here feel Biden and Democrats are going to face blowback in New Hampshire for skipping the primary but Republicans doing the same in Nevada is NBD.

If NV Rs do in fact choose a separate caucus but a candidate forces a primary, that primary will be what they used to call a "beauty contest primary," with no delegates attached.

Trump used to run beauty contests and knows his way around them, so this is a good scenario for him.
