OSPR Amendment (Absence of PPT) Resolution

1. That in Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1b of the OSPR, the terms "seven (7)" be amended to read "three (3)".
2. That in Article 2, Section 3, Clause 1 (ii) of the OSPR, the term "five" shall be amended to read "three".
3. That in Article 2, Section 3, Clause 1 (iii) of the OSPR, the term "five" shall be amended to read "three".

I move to amend the resolution by striking the text and replacing with:
That in Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1b of the OSPR, the term "seven (7)" be amended to read "five (5)".

I have no problem with harmonizing the period of time required, but see no reason to abbreviate it to the point where a three-day weekend could cause a takeover of the gavel.

Funny. You keep on amending the OSPR even though it's pretty obvious that it needs to be scrapped (then again, if the health of the game matters at all, the Senate as currently constituted needs to go as well).
