Actually I have been using some of them since knee high to a grasshopper, e.g., cheeky, and everyone uses and is aware of mate. Not sure knackered makes the cut, but maybe it floats your boat, and bare, as in very, obviously sucks (bare connotes the precise opposite), and its usage should be exempt from the 1st amendment, and banned.

I do take note that the Brits have a veritable Parliament full of words for drunk. Why does that not surprise me? The Brits are boozers every bit as much as the Irish. No wonder their health service is stretched thin.

As a Southerner, I've always used "reckon".  Never realized (or should that be realised?) that it's originally British slang.  My wife and I have also picked up the use of "knackered", probably from watching Britcoms.

Some of these are perfectly fine, but it'll be a chilly day in hell when I casually refer to myself or someone else as "knackered."

If anything we consume is to blame then it is junk food.

They also have a handful that SOUND LIKE they mean "drunk" but actually mean "tired" or something else. Unnecessarily confusing.

I've always been partial to "chav".

Not to be confused with tired and emotional though.
