First amendment: On-call professionals including medical professionals, law enforcement, and firefighters who must  be available to work during life or death situations will be exempt.

The Day Off Bill
Section A. This bill will be known as the Day Off Bill.
Section B. No employer can schedule an employee for more than 6 days a week, without additional compensation.
Section C. Compensation can include but isn't limited to double time pay for days in excess of 6 days, or additional annual leave in lieu of that day off. Family members of family-owned businesses are exempt.
Section D. This bill will take place on the one month after the signing of this bill by the President.
