I believe that this amendment would provide greater flexibility for both employers and employees.

Thank you Speaker Sirius,

This bill along with the 30 hour work week that I cosponsored will allow employees to have time off, so that they can have a day to enjoy life rather than purely living to work. Companies have taken advantage of their employees, often forcing them to work daily and in some cases upwards of 60 hours a week and this will give employees a needed day to recharge and relax.

I guess what's the exception for firefighters etc who work a shift of a few days on and then a few days off? Otherwise I totally support 100%
