So I'm doing something new...mashing up/re-mixing some sounds of 80s TV. Here's a couple of files for your listening pleasure.
The first one is my re-working of the WABC Eyewitness News theme, which originally was based on a bit of the score of "Cool Hand Luke" (Google it, kids...LOL).
Eyewitness HandLet me explain this second one. During the 80s, WPIX 11 and WOR/WWOR 9 (both in NYC) were powerhouse independent stations (yes, there once was such a thing). If they had come together to form one massive independent superstation, I think the end result would sound something like this.
