In 2020, Poland and Hungary, and Poland only barely. In 2024, he'd lose even Poland thanks to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Beyond that, in a best case scenario he comes close-ish in a couple eastern european countries as well as Italy and France.

As for Spain, he'd lose a landslide, probably in the order of 75-25 or something like that. Would not carry any autonomous community or even province for that matter other than maybe Ceuta, but even that one's a stretch. Would probably come closest in Murcia, but still lose handily.
