Only Thomas and Alito voted to block investigations of Trump. If DeSantis loses a key First Amendment and/or investigation cases, would he pack SCOTUS to "neutralize the RINO justices" and have a loyalist majority?

No, I think he'd sooner do a "now let them enforce it" if he were truly dead set on accomplishing something.
