I mean this sincerely: could you explain the joke to me? I don't get why it's funny.

And as someone else put it it's also funny because Brian who is normally the rational voice of reason is introducing such an absurd and ridiculous character. And in such a straightforward deadpan manner too.

I can't exactly name five, but I did enjoy this joke from an episide from maybe a few years ago:

It was memorable to me, and that counts for a lot in how I enjoy comedy, especially in a tome when modern 'Family Guy' has been forgettable over the past two decades or so.
