He'll fall in like just like the rest despite all the things Trump said about him and his wife.

He had to have known this was where he'd end up when he decided against convicting Trump in 2021 after the second impeachment. If he'd bit the bullet and gone ahead and done it, Trump could've been barred from office for life. He didn't do it and of course now Trump's back.

He has to know this is all on him.

The more interesting part to me is how he ranked the Senate races. He said that the ones he was interested in were WV, MT, OH, and PA, in that order.

No mention of AZ, NV, WI, or MI. If the GOP really doesn't go hard on those four that's just a huge concession. Especially since Casey's not gonna lose in PA, let's be real here. GOP picks up WV, MT, and OH? 52-48 R Senate. Pretty barebones given the wishcasting Republicans were doing about a 60-40 Senate after 2024 they were doing before the midterms.
