There is a constitutional crisis in the works.
All those who are interested are welcome to put their names forward in the interest of the Department of Federal Elections having legal representation in the ongoing court case OSR vs DoFE.
If DoFE is facing any issues with this issue, it can then tap anyone who has thus done so.

I cannot because I have a vested interest in the success of the plaintiff as Federalist Party Chair, have advised the plaintiffs legal team and obviously support their case.

I don't think the DoFE needs legal advice, my position is clear and has been stated. If the plaintiff is willing to drop the two counts I consider frivolous, we can solve all peacefully.
