The locations of Boise and Spokane, respectively.  Biden lost both by 4%.

I think Spokane County is more likely, because long-term trends are more important to me than the most recent results. Spokane voted for Clinton in '92 and '96, and ever since then, the races have been closer in Spokane in most elections than in Ada.
