No. 2018 was a Democratic year. They won the House vote by 8 points, not going to happen again in 2024. Beto 2018 was a once in a generation talent that not even Beto himself could repeat in 2020 or 2022.

I suspect 47% is the best Biden can do. I don't think Texas will vote blue until 2032
