In 2010 or 14, maybe very narrowly. Otherwise, he'd have lost bad.

In 2014, it could go either way, given what happened to Tom Corbett.

After that, he's a goner, loses like Mastriano.

I also think his style of campaigning might be a poor fit for Pennsylvania even in 2010.

I think he would've done slightly better than Mastriano but still lose in a landslide. Zeldin type numbers is the best I could've seen him doing, especially against a popular politician like Shapiro.
