Census map, take two.  Apologies for the false start.  Governors blah blah blah go make maps.  Here's all the homies who are up in Atlizzasia:

And here's the revised map of population density:

And here's some other useful information that I forgot to add last time:

Total voters in the last election: 61 people
Ideal size of a district: 12 people
Maximum variation between districts: 4 people (3 people always allowed + minimum possible variation of 1 person)

And... go.

And on an unrelated note, I'm going off to make a wiki page on essential information for SoFAs, mainly because I'm sick and tired of there not being an easy accessible place to get all of what I need to know on a topic.

I, for one, do not trust that this is the real Census map and encourage people to ignore it wholesale.

It says "census map" right there.  And it even includes jive talk in the body of the message.  Mr. "Nighthawk" (I bet he is not even a hawk at all) is clearly incorrect.

This map provides geographic structure but a shakeup, please consider it.  No more than 13 no less than 11 in any district

I like this one the best.  Time to split up the South.

TD should really enjoy these two:

The only difference is whether the trans-Mississippi is divided East/West or North/South

What, I'm the only one in Missouri?

There also is James S., but he did not vote in the last election, so he wasn't included in the census.

All have 12, except the Dark Blue w/ 13.  All have 3 states w/ 0 citizens, except the Light Blue & Green w/ 4.

I don't know if the Governors will like it b/c I base mine purely on population and # of states w/ 0 citizens - not who lives where.

I would still like to slightly modify the winning map (B).

This map is nearly identical, though some very minor changes are made in the vicinity of the Mideast Region that evens out the populations. The blue district has 13 and all of the others have 12.

I would like to submit this as the official map to Gabu (or whomever...) but I would like at least two of the other Governors to agree to the change. Otherwise the current version of B stands.

If this modified map is not approved by two-thirds of the Governors, then it will not have fulfilled the constitutional requirements and would almost certainly be thrown out by the court if challenged.

Like it or not, this map is different (however little) from the original Map B which won the preference and approval vote. Modifications to it should have been made before voting.
