Honestly, why do so many people a) think that they know all about how everyone else's thoughts work, and b) think that it matters a great deal?

If there's one thing that never fails to confuse me, it's the constant questioning of people's motivation, inner thoughts, or whatever else that is totally unprovable and really irrelevant to the correctness of their argument.

It's not necessarily a liberal thing though, it's more a Democratic thing that Democrats would seel America to al-Qaeda if they thought it would get them elected.  They've become to concerned with winning elections and not concerned with what is right.
