Vote and Discuss.

As for me, I vote option 2.  I am a Democrat, but I would easily support a Hagel candidacy especially over Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama.

I'd vote Hillary or Obama, but I don't think I'd be upset over a Hagel Presidency.

I'm not a huge fan of Hagel. His party line social voting and such makes me frown a bit. Having said that, I would gladly take his presidency over that of any of the likely Democratic nominees. (except for perhaps Richardson).

I'm sure some of you Dems do like Hagel - for obvious reasons.  He's the Bush hating Republican of the month.  Makes him an instant hit with his buddies in the MSM.

Every Republican I know hates this arrogant media whore.  I'd open a vein before I'd vote for this ass.  Anyway, it doesn't matter.  I've got a better chance of getting nominated.

However, fear not lefties.  He's still good for plenty of Bush bashing qotes for Tim to use on Meet the Press.

I like Hagel's position on Iraq, but I detest most of his social positions. I wouldn't vote for him unless the Democratic candidate was really, really bad.

Eh, he's ok.  I don't think he's qualified enough for the position though, especially compared against those he's competing with

Which Chuck Hagel are we talking about? Are we talking about the Chuck Hagel who will sometimes criticize Bush and the Iraq war, or are we talking about the Chuck Hagel with almost a 100% pro-Bush and pro-Iraq war voting record?

If he's up against Clinton, maybe.

Against Hillary, probably.  Against Edwards, maybe.  Against Richardson, no way!

I could depending on who the Democrats nominated. If it was someone like Hillary, then yes I would vote for him. Although, like most here I take issue with his social conservatism.
