Cali, Washington and South Carolina stand out.

South Carolina has a liberal-leaning judiciary (somehow) and the states in green mostly passed their abortion laws (some of the laxest on the planet, while the ones in several of those deep red Southern states are some of the strictest) quite recently, so California and Washington presumably just haven't gotten around to it yet.

The South Carolina Supreme Court ruling was 3-2, and one of the three who voted for it has a mandatory retirement this year.  It's pretty likely it gets overturned.  There are also pending state court cases in a few states with total bans (Indiana, Utah, Wyoming) or heartbeat bills (Ohio, Iowa), so it's possible for it to grow a bit over the next little while.  Nebraska also looks likely to pass at least a heartbeat bill this year, and North Carolina could as well.

Making Wisconsin blue now. The WISC will have a liberal majority by the time it's appealed.

North Dakota has a 6-week law which is effectively moot since the only abortion clinic there has since moved a couple miles across the border into Minnesota.

That article says that "abortion access will not be immediately restored".  I agree that the writing is on the wall in Wisconsin, but as of now, abortion is still illegal there.

Also, Indiana's abortion ban will soon go into effect after the state's Supreme Court ruled in its favor.

Abortion is once again illegal after a heartbeat in Iowa after the state re-passed a heartbeat bill.  The Iowa Supreme Court didn't strike the previous one down due to violating the state Constitution but due to the nature of passing a law when it was considered unconstitutional.  It takes effect immediately.  There will likely be legal challenges, but I expect it to prevail in the end.

The South Carolina Supreme Court overturned its former ruling today on a 4-1 vote.  A 6 week ban is now in effect in SC.

Even if the GOP's scheme to require 60% to pass was successful, the pro-choice vote would still be on the winning side based on these results in Ohio.

This just goes to show how wildly out of touch anti-abortion positions are with the American people.

Don't mess with peoples' rights.

It wound up closer to 55%.

Kari Lake opposes pro-life laws in Arizona.  She's parroting the anti-life talking points that Trump gave permission to believe.
