Suppose 2016 republican primaries are only between these two candidates how map looks like and how many delegates each of candidates wins?

I suppose it is big win for Rubio (55-44?)

There was more hype surrounding Rubio.  One of the untold stories of 2016 was that much pre-convention polling showed John Kasich to be the strongest candidate vs. Hillary Clinton.
