Khan even though he is pretty bad. In a just society - Sharif and all of his corrupt allies would be publicly executed by a angry mob for what they have done.

Much of the recent disasters happened under Khan in recent years, no?

It seems like two bad options. If Sharif f@cks up- which he most certainly will- it could lead to a revived Pakistani opposition.

It's not all that different to Ukraine honestly- Yanukovych being elected over Tymoshenko was what led to the Euromaidan, after all.

Khan has thus far shown that he does not have the ability to cooperate with others as Prime Minister, and the Sharif clan is more supportive of reproachment with India.
