Incumbent two-term Mayor James Strickland, a white Democrat is barred from running for a third consecutive term as mayor of Memphis.

The city is plagued by police brutality and crime and the next mayor is expected to face a plethora of challenges in one of the South's biggest cities.

Who do you expect to win, based on what you know? Any TN Atlas folks here?
