Precincts are a poorly defined measure, since the Bay Area has plenty of microprecincts that vote Republican in every election, but as far as municipalities go, Atherton and Hillsborough both voted for Romney. Romney also won the unincorporated portion of Solano County, although he did not win any municipalities in the county. This information can be found in the official Supplement to the Statement of Vote listed on the secretary of state's website for each California election.
