It probably doesn't matter anyway. All the jury needs to find is probable cause. They can have reasonable doubts, thinking maybe Cohen is lying to them now because of these e-mails, and still indict.

Regardless of how one feels about Fox News, it's always a good idea to wait for confirmation from multiple sources about such reporting.  None of the legal commentators I follow have mentioned anything similar yet.

Kind of annoying this takes so long. At least for a decision in one way or the other. Maybe there are reasons to it we're not fully aware because these conversations happen behind closed doors, it's still a little frustrating though.

LOL! I'm not going to praise MSNBC or CNN, but both of them are way more accurate than Fox News. Demonstrably. One of the main reasons for this is that Democrats are way more likely to demand the truth from their news, whereas Republicans are way more likely to demand hearing what they want to hear from their news, truth be damned. These news channels chase ratings.
