Pro-choice, blue collar worker in Northeast PA? Maybe served in the military? Can't imagine there's zero of these people, Trump won Matt Cartwright's district and there were some Trump/McGinty voters in 2016. And Trump has the ability to resonate with people in PA that most other Republicans in PA can't.
