Definitely not.  AI generation, deep fakes, Chat GPT, metaverse, advancements in medical technology including stem cell research and genetic modification, breakthroughs on electric vehicles.  We are living in perhaps the most transformative time ever, definitely on par with the 1990s and the internet.

Never before has a single generation been completely wiped out globally by the development of technology

We have everything BadSanta mentioned plus heaps more being developed every month.

I am waiting for some medical technology to fix a few issues. You can have moles burnt out now with no residual scarring. It's truly amazing.
