Alabama
Birmingham

Arkansas
Fayetteville

Florida
Tallahassee
Gainesville
Nowhere else would count as the South.

Georgia
Atlanta
Druid Hills
North Druid Hills
Decatur
Athens

Louisiana
New Orleans

Mississippi
Uh, is there anywhere?

North Carolina
Chapel Hill
Durham
Raleigh
Cary
Greensboro
Asheville
Charlotte

South Carolina
Columbia

Tennessee
Nashville
Memphis

Texas
This is kind of tricky because it depends on what constitutes the South in it...but I think Dallas and Denton might be it. I think Trump probably won the white vote in Houston and Austin isn't the South.

Virginia
Richmond
Charlottesville
Blacksburg
Norfolk
Hampton
Portsmouth
Newport News
Nowhere in NOVA is listed because that's not the South.

A few towns more in North Carolina:

-Carrboro
-Hillsborough
-Apex, surprisingly
-Davidson
-Woodfin
-Weaverville
-Biltmore Forest
-Black Mountain
-Boone

Morrisville may also be possible and seems likely to me, but a lot depends on how you model Asian voters.

There are probably a few more of these that fall below accessible precinct-level results. I would love to see actual election results from Saxahapaw or Montreat because I suspect they'd deviate interestingly from precinct-level data.

Also worth noting that the data for this gets less and less reliable for this the smaller you go on city size due to census bureau smudging.

There’s a chance Biden won the Charleston SC white vote.

I doubt it when Charleston has areas that both look like this and voted for Trump.

Funny the part you’re singling out has some extremely democratic precincts. On the point there’s only two republican precincts. The city of Charleston is 18% black and voted for Biden about 56.9% to 40.9%
